• Currency & Taxes: All prices are listed in XRP and include applicable taxes unless noted.

• Non-Refundable: Most flight bookings are final. No changes or refunds are permitted after purchase unless paying in advance the flight insurance. 
• Modifications: If changes are allowed, they may incur additional fees determined by the airline.
• Name Accuracy: Traveler names must match official documents. Name corrections may not be permitted post-booking.

• Changes & Cancellations: Hotel dates or property changes often require payment of any price difference and may incur modification fees.
• Refunds: Depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy, some bookings are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing hotel terms at checkout.

• Reliable Pricing: Tours are typically consistent in cost and rarely subject to price fluctuations.
• Minimum Participation: Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Inclusions: Confirm what's included — transportation, meals, guides — at time of booking.

• Availability: All services are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations. Xolo does not take responsibility for denied boarding or entry.
• Contact Information: You must provide accurate contact details to receive updates and instructions.

• Instant Charge: All bookings are charged immediately upon confirmation.
• Confirmation: You’ll receive a mystical token of confirmation via email. Review details carefully and contact us with any discrepancies.

• Xolo is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political events, or provider strikes.
