These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made through Xolo for XRPL Cancun 2026 and any related travel services. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Each travel component—hotel, airline, tour operator, transportation service, or apartment provider—has its own Terms & Conditions, including rules for:

• Cancellations
• Modifications
• No‑show penalties
• Refund eligibility
• Check‑in requirements
• Service limitations

Your reservation is bound by the policies of each provider involved. Xolo acts as a coordinator, not the issuer of these policies.

To secure the lowest possible price, many travel components are offered under non‑refundable and non‑changeable conditions.
Some cases may allow flexibility depending on the provider’s rules.
If you require flexible options, it is essential to inform us before booking, as flexibility may incur additional costs.

Xolo will always seek the best possible solution if you need to modify your trip.
We will:

• Contact providers on your behalf
• Explore available alternatives
• Prioritize options that reduce financial impact

All changes depend on provider approval and may involve extra fees.

Refunds depend entirely on the policies and decisions of each hotel, airline, tour operator, or service provider involved in your reservation.
Some providers may authorize only a partial refund, and Xolo can only return the amount approved by them.

When a refund is possible, the maximum amount Xolo can return is 85% of the total paid.
The remaining 15% is a non‑refundable management and coordination fee covering reservation handling, provider communication, and administrative processes.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are always subject to provider approval.

Your payment is sacred. To protect every traveler, Xolo uses one official wallet:

• Xolo is not responsible for impersonations, fraudulent accounts, or transfers made to incorrect addresses.
• Always verify that your payment is being sent to the official wallet before completing a transaction.

For special events, Xolo may use TicketMob or other authorized platforms.
Payments made through these systems will be reflected in the same official wallet, as they act as intermediaries.
All third‑party platforms have their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies, which you must review independently.

Once your payment is received in the official wallet, Xolo becomes responsible for:

• Processing your reservation
• Coordinating with providers
• Delivering your confirmation
• Ensuring your travel components are secured

If the payment does not reach the official wallet, Xolo cannot guarantee or process your reservation.

By booking with Xolo, you agree to:

• Communicate any special needs or flexibility requirements before booking

Xolo acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
We are not responsible for:

• Airline delays or cancellations
